Cascade Yarns 220 Peruvian Wool

Cascade 220 is a classic 100% Peruvian Highland Wool and one of the best-known worsted weight wools available. It is a traditional, untreated wool, not a superwash, so it retains the natural characteristics of the fiber and should be hand washed. Because the wool has not been superwash treated, it retains more of its natural thermal properties, making it noticeably warm.
Cascade 220 is the #1 selling yarn for felting, where its untreated wool fibers felt readily and evenly. It is available in an exceptionally large range of colors.
