Our Story

Welcome to our yarn shop, a family-operated business that has been a part of the knitting community since 1975. It all started with Marge Bandlow, who began selling knitting machines from her home back in 1969. Her passion for yarn and knitting led her to open a larger store in 1975.

Today, the legacy continues with Marge's son, Robert, and her granddaughter, Lori, at the helm. They share the same love and enthusiasm for all things yarn, making our shop a true haven for knitting and crochet enthusiasts.

At our shop, you'll find a wide selection of vibrant colors and super soft textures in our yarn options. We take pride in offering high-quality products that inspire creativity and bring joy to your knitting and crochet projects.

But our shop is more than just a place to buy yarn. It's a warm and welcoming space where fellow knitters and crocheters can come together, share their love for the craft, and find encouragement. We believe in fostering a sense of community and supporting each other on our knitting and crochet journeys.

Current in-store hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.
